Joseph Henry Rutledge, II
The ability to carefully listen to clients with compassion and assist them with every aspect of their issue is the cornerstone of being an effective lawyer. Creativity is an important aspect of the practice of law because it allows an attorney to maximize the results of each client’s case. I work diligently on behalf of our clients to reach the paramount result through careful planning and preparation of the best plan for each specific client.
I joined my father and Greg Yaghmai at our firm after graduating from The University of Alabama in 2010 with a degree in Political Science and The Cumberland School of Law in May, 2013. I worked consistently as a clerk during this time in law school. This experience allowed me to gain practical knowledge of how to practice law relating to a wide array of legal topics.
I have always been impressed with this firm’s ability to effectively handle complex cases in almost every area of the law. We pride ourselves on hard work, integrity and absolute dedication to helping our clients. These are the most important services a lawyer can provide and are fundamental to our practice.
When I am not in the office I enjoy golfing, spending time on the water and relaxing with my family and fiancée.
I have been admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
